What is ghost job?
A ghost job is a posting for a role the employer is not actively filling, kept live to collect résumés, signal growth, or satisfy policy. Ghost jobs waste applicant effort and are drawing legislation: several US states are advancing bills requiring intent-to-hire disclosure and removal of filled listings.
