What is EU AI Act (recruitment)?

Under the EU AI Act, AI systems used for recruitment and selection, CV screening, matching, ranking, interview analysis, are classified high-risk. Standalone systems must meet obligations including risk management, logging, transparency, human oversight, and bias testing by 2 December 2027. Penalties reach €35M or 7% of global turnover.
